Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, I have spent months, and considerable dollars setting up an eBay store supplied with merchendise from eBay certified dropshippers, and it was finally paying off with sales this week, so my buyers paid me in good faith, but when I went to pay for their items with PayPal they had put a hold on my funds, this was hundreds of dollars.
All I could do was send refunds out to the buyers with an apology, then I ended all of my listings so no one else would get hurt. I have ceased trading because of these crooks.
BTW, I have 100% positive feedback from many low dollar transactions, it seems they only do this for the higher amounts, perhaps because they can earn more interest with other peoples money that way.
